At LAVA 24 Fitness we offer multiple class options!

Silver Classes are led by highly qualified and energetic instructors that will get you fit the way you want! Read below for class explanations and then sign up on the Silver Schedule!

Spinning

SPINNING is a cardio class that will challenge both your heart and your mental strength. A certified instructor guides participants through a route full of rolling hills, flat roads, and long climbs. This low-impact class is appropriate for all levels.

Barre

Barre - inspired by ballet, yoga and Pilates . Every class strategically works to build strength , flexibility for the functional body balance and helps to improve posture. The end of class is finished with floor exercises. During this class you will use a Pilates ball for deeper transverse abdominal workout. While stretching throughout the entire hour, flexibility at all levels will increase. For all levels: beginner, intermediate, advanced.

Body Sculpt

BODY SCULPT trains your muscle fitness and tones up your body using traditional free weight training techniques. This class will use equipment such as cardio barbells, dumbbells, stability balls, and BOSU balance trainer. All fitness levels are welcome!

Butts and Guts

Tone and sculpt your buns, thighs, and abs. This class hits right to the core. Core training utilizes the body's weight; incorporating abdominal, leg, and hip exercises to target those "trouble areas." Firm, define, and tone the mid & lower areas of the body. Perfect for any level of fitness!

PiYo LIVE

PILATES + YOGA + NONSTOP MOVEMENT!

Now you have the power to define every single inch of your body. You'll want to experience this pulse-pounding, body-sculpting workout —LIVE! No weights. No jumps. Just hardcore results.

Pilates

PILATES is a mat class focusing on the core postural muscles that help keep the body balanced and are essential for a healthy back. Exercises teach awareness of breath and alignment of the spine, and aim to strengthen the deep torso muscles.

Strength and Balance

STRENGTH & BALANCE class is designed for older adults who are looking to work on increasing functional strength, flexibility, and balance. A certified trainer will guide participants through exercises using basic resistance equipment, individual body weight, and chairs for assistance.

Yoga Ball

Yoga ball- uses the same postures but on a resist-a-ball. Targets deeper stabilizing muscles for improved overall body strength . Balance is very key here due to the demand in this class. Good for all levels. Some yoga is suggested although not necessary.

Yoga Fit

A mix between Gentle and Active Yoga - For Beginners to Intermediate members and non members.

Yoga Flow

In this Yoga Flow group exercise setting with up to 15 people in the studio, all ages and levels will learn stretching, flexibility, and mobility through the entire body. After a full hour of Yoga Flow you will feel rejuvenated and ready for your next workout.
