  • SPINNING is a cardio class that will challenge both your heart and your mental strength. A certified instructor guides participants through a route full of rolling hills, flat roads, and long climbs. This low-impact class is appropriate for all levels.

  • Strength and Balance
  • STRENGTH & BALANCE class is designed for older adults who are looking to work on increasing functional strength, flexibility, and balance.  A certified trainer will guide participants through exercises using basic resistance equipment, individual body weight, and chairs for assistance.

  • Pilates - Deep Stretch

  • In this Pilates - Deep stretch class, you will tone and gain strength within the entire body using balls, bands, barre, and light weights. All ages and abilities are welcome!
