I specialize in yoga, Pilates , and helping with rehab for people recovering from injuries with core strengthening , range of motion exercises and good stretching.

  • Strength and Balance
  • STRENGTH & BALANCE class is designed for older adults who are looking to work on increasing functional strength, flexibility, and balance.  A certified trainer will guide participants through exercises using basic resistance equipment, individual body weight, and chairs for assistance.

  • Yoga Flow
  • Vinyasa also called flow because of the smooth way the poses run together , is one of the most popular contemporary styles of yoga .
    Poses are strung together to make a sequence giving a progression of poses.
    Breath is also used as an anchor as you move from one pose to the next
    This breath mixed with the flow helps with memory as well as well being thru the body. Balancing poses are Also used

    Restorative poses which is well being for everyday body movement is the finish in this class

  • Barre
  •  Barre - inspired by ballet, yoga and Pilates . Every class strategically works to build strength , flexibility for the functional body balance and helps to improve posture. The end of class is finished with floor exercises. During this class you will use a Pilates ball for deeper transverse abdominal workout. While stretching throughout the entire hour, flexibility at all levels will increase. For all levels: beginner, intermediate, advanced.

  • Power Yoga
  • A rigorous workout that develops strength and flexibility with continuous movement .
    Power Yoga synchronizes breath and movement (called vinyasa) to create inner fire, heating up muscles and helping the body's energy flow continuously.

    Each session targets different muscles and breath exercises as well as challenging the mind and the body.

    Participants do not need to have Yoga experience, but all participants must be able to move up and down from the ground with ease.

    Assessment Score: 2 or higher on Functional Movement Screen is required, speak with the welcome desk for details.

  • Pilates
  • PILATES is a mat class focusing on the core postural muscles that help keep the body balanced and are essential for a healthy back. Exercises teach awareness of breath and alignment of the spine, and aim to strengthen the deep torso muscles.
