Julie Jilly instructs the following:
  • Meta-Burn
  • Meta-Burn is a 50-minute session among our most advanced metabolic Team Training options. In order to participate, clients must score higher than 2 on all of the movement patterns in our assessment. There are 1-2 levels of progression for each movement, both of which are considered intermediate/advanced. The Meta-Burn circuits change once a week. *Gold Training Membership Required

  • Spinning
  • SPINNING is a cardio class that will challenge both your heart and your mental strength. A certified instructor guides participants through a route full of rolling hills, flat roads, and long climbs. This low-impact class is appropriate for all levels.

  • SGPT
  • Small Group Personal Training is full body movements for the people who want to get fit with a personal trainer's touch! This is a great medium between a one on one session and large group training. With only four people in these classes it gives you the comfort of having a trainer to help you do exercises correctly but the feeling of group motivation!*Platinum Membership Required

  • Total-Strength
  • Total Strength is the ideal Team Training option for those looking to build strength. While work intervals are timed (normally 30 seconds or less), emphasis is placed on quality and increasing strength more than on metabolic training. You should expect to be taxed and have a great workout, but not at the expense of a reduced load. Remember, this is strength training. While Total Strength offers a less intensive coaching experience than Small Group Personal Training, it does provide a complete product for those who are in the Gold Training Program.

  • Butts and Guts
  • Tone and sculpt your buns, thighs, and abs.  This class hits right to the core.  Core training utilizes the body's weight; incorporating abdominal, leg, and hip exercises to target those "trouble areas."  Firm, define, and tone the mid & lower areas of the body.  Perfect for any level of fitness!

  • Beach Bootcamp
  • Beach Bootcamp is for all levels! 
    We will start at Driessen Beach and stay there until we find a reason to change the location. Stay tuned on Social Media: LAVA24FitnessHHI for the latest updated schedules. 
    This class is full of body weight exercises that anyone can do, with progressions to make it harder, or regressions, everyone is welcome!

    Spin® classes, 2 bootcamps and a ZUMBA® dance party, all led by local insructors. Get your friends, family, coworkers and neighbors to pledge for each session you complete. Rally up a team to participate with you! The team that raises the most funds will win a pizza party at Local Pie. The individual who raises the most will win a stay at The Sonesta Resort.
