Hi my name is Kelsey. I am from Springfield, Illinois, I am currently a LAVA Group Exercise Instructor as well as in the nursing program here in the low country. I have always been active in sports and fitness. My hobbies include working out, going to the beach, and spending time with family!
PILATES is a mat class focusing on the core postural muscles that help keep the body balanced and are essential for a healthy back. Exercises teach awareness of breath and alignment of the spine, and aim to strengthen the deep torso muscles.
